So, to answer your question, I'll mention each of the subjects individually and I'll tell you about the maximum weightage of the chapters , the chapters with the maximum scoring side , and accordingly you can prepare yourself for that.
Physics : In physics , the maximum weightage is of the modern physics part, It has 5 questions in total and has 20 marks reserved for it. Along with that, the maximum weightage is occupied by topics like heat and thermodynamics, optics , current electricity , and electrostatic with 12 marks each. So if you can ace these topics, you are good to go to score 50+ in physics although keep in mind , other topics are equally important.
Chemistry: In chemistry , the maximum weightage is of the Transition Elements and Coordination Chemistry and Periodic table and Representative Elements with 12 marks and 3 questions in each. Then comes Thermodynamics And Gaseous State , atomic structure, chemical bonding, chemical and ionic equilibrium, solid state and surface chemistry and nuclear chemistry with 8 marks in each. So , if you are well versed with these topics , you can surely score 50+
Mathematics: In maths , the maximum weightage is of Coordinate Geometry with 20 marks and 5 questions. Then comes Limits, Continuity and Differentiability , integral calculus with 12 marks each and 3 questions. Then comes matrices , probability, 3D geometry, vector algebra 1with 8 marks each.
