NEET 2021 domicile criteria for Maharashtra
There are five ways a candidate may fulfil the domicile criteria for NEET in Maharashtra. Read details on Maharashtra MBBS admission here.
Maharashtra State Candidature Type A:
The candidate should have passed their 10 and 12 from the state of Maharashtra.
The candidate should have a domicile certificate from the State of Maharashtra (should have lived there for a period of 10 years), or a birth certificate mentioning the place of birth in Maharashtra.
Maharashtra State Candidature Type B:
The candidate’s father or mother should have a domicile certificate from the State of Maharashtra.
Maharashtra State Candidature Type C:
The candidate should have passed their X and XII from the state of Maharashtra.
The candidate’s father or mother should be a Govt. of India employee or Govt. of India undertaking, who is posted and reporting to duty in the State of Maharashtra.
Maharashtra State Candidature Type D:
The candidate’s father or mother should be an employee of the Govt. of Maharashtra or Govt. of Maharashtra undertaking.
Maharashtra State Candidature Type E:
The candidate should have passed their 10 and 12 from a recognized Institution from the Maharashtra- Karnataka border.
The mother tongue of the candidate should be Marathi and they should have a domicile/ birth certificate from the Maharashtra-Karnataka border area.
Institutional Quota
Any eligible candidates from all over the country, including NRI’s, OCI’s, and OMC’s (Outside Maharashtra Candidates), who appear for the NEET can target Institutional Quota seats, as long as they fulfill the rules and regulations framed by the competent authorities. However, preference is given to NRI candidates. Competent authorities fill these seats through CAP.

As per the Domicile eligibility rules For Maharashtra , for admission through NEET there are 5 types of domicile criteria out of which any one type of criteria you need to be satisfied .
Well, as per your description . you come under state candidature A,B,C and D.. but some individual additional condition you need to fulfil in any one of these categories (like domicile certificate of parents should be in Maharashtra etc.)
