1 – Admit card, Result, Rank card of Entrance Exam

2 – 10th ya 12th Marksheet and Certificate

3 – Domicile Certificate

4 – Caste Certificate

5 – Income Certificate ( Not Compulsory )

6 – ID Proof (Ration Card, Bank Passbook, Voter Card, DL Etc).

7 – Medical Fitness Certificate

8 – Passport size Photograph

9. Character Certificate ( Not Compulsory )

10. Counseling Fees Deposit Slip
