plz anyone suggest between sarda university noida is good for m.sc chemistry or srm in Chennai is good for m.sc chemistry
Hey!
Msc Chemistry or Master of science in Chemistry is a post graduate course for 2 years. it deals with chemistry as a major subject and allows you to specialize in a special field of chemistry. also, it has wider range of scope in research based industries.
Now, Sharda university as well as SRM, chennai are quite suitable for this course. it's all upto your Academic performance and dedication towards your course which will help you in getting good placement.
Faculties of both the colleges are very good. mostly teachers are phd holders and are helpful and knowledgeable. also, course curriculum is also updated but at some places it needs little bit of upgradation. otherwise, it's good in both the colleges, teachers are always ready to help students and their teaching methods are also different and interesting.
Placement records of both the colleges are also outstanding. but when it comes to Msc in chemistry then your knowledge, hard work and academic performance is what matters the most. not many companies visit for placement but hopefully more and more companies will start visiting in coming years.
In Sharda university, they do not provide for internship and even if they do then that's unpaid. over 75-80% students get placed in msc chemistry and average salary package they get is somewhere around 15,000-25,000 per month.
In SRM , overall placement record is excellent but in msc chemistry it's all upto you. Academically, they will help you in understanding the concepts clearly but when it comes to placement then till now a few companies visit for placement but it will surely increase in coming years.
Otherwise, Both the universities are brilliant when it comes to infrastructure, Academic assistance and everything. and if you are a hard working student then placement is definitely not an issue because you can easily get a good job or do research or whatever suits you after you are done with your course.
so, you can choose any of these colleges, both are good. just see which one suits you the most.
All the best!
