Government is a only way where things happen with a less amount.
In private please don't expect any sort of consideration they charge greater amounts compared to the government for the same courses.
There are no colleges as such giving low amount of fee it's all monitored as per the Medical Council of India norms a standard fee amount would be fixed for almost all the colleges a very negligible difference can be seen for different private colleges.
