If this is a technical error then at the first hour you must contact the official helpline. The technical errors can only be resolved by the officials and they can only guide you out. There are no information/instructions available for such cases in the official website. So its better for you to contact the official website in the first hour and get it discussed. You must not have delayed till the last date but as you have done so, don't get nervous and contact the helpline.
