Hi Suraj,
There is a multitude of career options available for you which can help you to get into the business. And there are many jobs available where you can work without time fixations too. Since you are a science student, you can opt for courses that are not just of science, but also of commerce and humanities.
The information given below provide detail about how to can start a business in any field like-
Courses in science:
PCM-
1. B.Tech/BE/(B.Tech+M.Tech)- An engineering degree will help you to learn the basics of a machine, it's working, and you also learn how to create one. There are many fields in engineering and after successfully completing any, you can start manufacturing product(s) if you feel you are ready. Or you can go for higher studies to gain more expertise.
2. B.Arch.- Again, after doing bachelors in Architecture or in Planning, you can start your own architectural firm.
3. F.Tech- An undergraduate in fashion technology is more expert in than someone with bachelors. With the completion of this course, you can start your own fashion house or manufacture different kinds of fabrics, shoes, accessories etc.
4. BSc., M.Sc., Ph.D. (in science subjects)- With just bachelors, it is difficult to start a business, but with masters and Doctorate, you become an expert and can also be an inventor. And if not, you can start your own coaching center.
PCB-
1. MBBS/BHMS/BAMS/BUMS + Masters- such degrees will make you a qualified doctor. But nowadays, there is hardly any chance that you would be able to have your own clinic with just bachelors. Therefore, you have to do a masters to become expert, gain some experience and then start your own clinic or hospital. You can also visit other hospitals by having a tie-up with them.
2. Paramedical courses:- they have their own pros and cons. While the course duration is less than that of MBBS, so is the value. But those who are interested in it are able to open their own clinics and become successful also.
3. B.Tech (Biotech)- A relatively new field, and developing in India, if you become an expert in this field, you can manufacture medicines, or help in improving the yield of crops etc. But again, you need to gain expertise.
4. B.Tech(Food Technology)- another field in which you learn more about production, processing, and manufacturing of food. You can become a food entrepreneur in this field.
Courses in commerce: -
1. BBA/BMS- A bachelors in business administration teaches you how to handle the different aspects of a business. You can open a company after completion of this course if you have some brilliant idea in your mind.
2. CA- charted accountants can work privately or within the firms.
Courses in Arts: -
1. Education- while education is not viewed as a business platform but for many, it has certainly proven to be profiting. The best part of education is you can start at any level and then do the upper movement. You can take home tuitions, or open a coaching center or with an appropriate degree, you can also open your own school.
2. BFA/B.Des- these courses are related to the creativity and imagination of a person. Again these courses have various areas of specialization. The best part about these courses is, with just a UG course, you learn enough to start your own business.
3. Hotel Management/ Travel and tourism industry- these courses also have good scope in opening businesses.
MBA- The ultimate helper
For almost every science, commerce and arts course, you have a specific MBA like MBA in finance, marketing, entrepreneurship, hotel management, hospital management, education so on. So, if you are not able to start the business with just your UG degree, you learn more about business in an MBA course.

These courses are one of the ways to start a business. In just months, you learn enough to own a business. You can do these while studying a different course or while doing a job.

Jobs such as independent contracting, or online jobs where you book time slots according to your convenience etc.
So, saying in brief, you can start a business in any field and also find various kinds of jobs where you can decide the time and date. But to make your business successful, you need to have more knowledge and experience. All the successful businessmen know every nitty-gritty detail, work harder than his employees, and is so much passionate about his work. Each and every course is best, but you need to decide where your passion lies . Hence, decide the field which you are most passionate about, the rest will follow on its own.
