See, JMI admission is through JeeMains only but you have to fill a seperate form for JMI admission. It may be difficult now to go for JMI but you can go with counselling for jee mains might be in last round you get a seat in government colleges.

JMI do separate procedure for admission in btech. You have to filled a JMI form latest by dec end. Then on the basis of marks and ranks of jee mains they take out list of for admissions.
