The  whole process  for IES exam is   IES  Written Exam. It is the very first step  of the  IES2019 recruitment exam . A candidate has to clear both the papers- Prelims -IES and  IES Mains, in order to get selected. Books for IES are structural analysis ,negi, high way engineering by Khanna , fluid mechanics hydraulics , current affairs and maths etc .

Engineering Discipline

3 hours 300 marks

Mains Examination

Paper - I Conventional Engineering Discipline - I 3hours 300 marks

Paper - II Conventional Engineering Discipline - II 3 hours 300 marks

Personal interview - 200 marks.
