Hey Rahul!
HR will be easier, even students coming from Arts background do it. But, I would suggest, if you have an interest in Finance you can easily do it. It completely depends upon your determination. The scope in Finance is divided into categories like Investment Banking and Equity and Risk Management. In case, you want to hone your Finance skills and for an added advantage, you can take CFA level 1. HR needs better communication and understanding skills. And, you need to learn all the HR rules, which a person learns over time. HR professional's scope depends upon the organization he/she is working and work-culture. The perks of it are travelling and less stressful life.
Rahul in MBA every specialization is equally important and difficult. In MBA students from every background graduation, can so specialization in any of the streams. So, it's always better to decide the specialization according to your interest rather than your graduation stream so that it could help you in the long run to excel your career. After joining in all the good colleges you will get an opportunity to study subjects from all the stream which will help you in figuring out the stream more convenient for yourself to do specialization in the second year.
Still, if you want to choose one among between finance and HR with a biological background finance might be a little tough for you because of the Mathematical part but again let me tell you the mathematical part involved is not at all too difficult and if you are interested then you can easily crack this stream.
Feel free to ask if you have any more queries. All the best!!
Hello Rahul! Finance is better than HR. But finance is going to be a bit difficult for you as it will have some parts which will mathematical. So, if you don't want to get into that go for HR. Hope this helps.
