Hi,

In order to get a job in the engineering field one needs to acquire the skills required for the job. It is not much depended on whether a person is an introvert or extrovert.

To land the job you need to be good in your aptitude, technical subjects knowledge etc. Work on them to clear the aptitude test, interview rounds etc. If you have the required technical knowledge and communicate it well infront of the interview panel then you will have a good chance of getting hired.

Also if you think you want to improve on the introvert aspect, you can try to work on your communication skills. Things would not change overnight, its an ongoing process of improving and upgrading oneself.

Hope this helps.

Thankyou.
