plzz say clear answer about self finance

Self financed as the says are those institutes which can generate enough of revenue by themselves that they don't need any outside help to generate income. And as per the part of what is the effect of a institute being self financed or not, it has no effect on the course of study. They can be easily referred as private colleges are private colleges do not take any help from govt. to work.
