NTA have not officially declared any cut off lists yet but according to previous years data we can predict your chances, with your mentioned rank you have high chances of getting bio engineering, chemical engineering, electronic ajd communication engineering, production engineering at NIT Agartala, CSE, ECE, EEE, mechanical and civil at NIT Arunachal Pradesh and chemical, CSE, ECE at NIT Meghalaya.

As your rank is 45000, the chances to get admission in Nits is very very less and there is a little chance to get admission in gftis like central universities and newly established IIITs.
So you try to get a good rank in jee mains 2 or you prefer local engineering colleges if you get a good rank in CET.
