Dear Rejina, PH is not a vertical reservation. It is a horizontal reservation meaning it is a reservation within your Category. Like General Category -PH, OBC-PH, SC-PH and ST-PH. With your score, it is difficult for a seat in a Government Medical College unless you belong to ST Category.
