Yes of course Practical marks are also considered under the 50% aggregate means you have to compulsorily pass in theory as well as practical and along with it you should have minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology if you belongs to General category, 40% for OBC/SC/ST and 45% for PwD certificate holders. Also note that in your curriculum English subject should also be there.
Apart from the percentage criteria also there is age criteria but that is only for minimum age limit like if you want to appear for NEET 2021 then you must have completed 17 years on or by December 31st 2021.and there is no upper age limit for NEET till now.
If all above eligibility criteria are fulfilled by you then you can appear for NEET UG 2021.
