Hi Sehaj as mentioned in your question you are asking us to predict according to the increase in seats that is 400 seats in 4 new colleges so I would like to answer in that regards that the seats does not only depend upon the area of the college it also depend that how much impact that college would have on the city in which it is getting opened and the cities around it so you can't just say that every college will have approximately 100 seats some may have more seats such as 150 for even some may have less seats like 80 or 60 so prediction before knowing that where the colleges are getting opened is quite tough but you can predict on an average basis that at least 350 seats will be there in 4 new colleges.
