However you have chances for management quota seas in private colleges and deemed universities, depends upon the cutoffs which are yet to be released.

Its really difficult to exactly predict the colleges based on your marks as cutoffs vary every year on several factors.
However with 191 marks under sc category, you can't get into mbbs or bds program in government medical colleges by All india qouta or state qouta.
You have very less chance to get admission for bams, best, Bhai programs too with this marks under government qouta.
But you can certainly go for private colleges and deemed universities for mbbs,bds and ayush programs as you are neet qualified.
