Since you're from the UR category and your marks are 388, your AIR will be in the range of 86-88,000. This leaves you in no chance of getting a government college - good or bad. As per private colleges, if you try with your 85% State Quota in UP, then also it's quite hard to see how you'll get yourself an MBBS seat with such low a rank. You can try your luck in these private colleges for a chance.
