Hello Shreya, NEET 2020 is to be conducted on May 3rd by NTA(National Testing Agency). So, you have exactly 5 and half months left to prepare. Some list of tips I can give you are-
- Make a time table(practical one).
- Have a strong grasp on what is the syllabus and weightage of topics based on previous years papers.
- Solve mock tests and previous years papers.
- Select books which are better to read.
- Have handy books which you can refer in the last minutes.
- Stay healthy and relaxed.

GREETINGS!!
This year JIPMER,AIIMS would also be merged with NEET and there would be no separate exam so keeping that in mind you will have to work little harder.
Syllabus is entirely same so don't worry about that.
You have sufficient time you just have to study in a programmed manner.Try to make daily routines and study accordingly ,try to study two subjects a day and be regular.Revise NCERT as many times as you can for biology and chemistry and for physics you can solve previous year question papers and packages of institutes like ALLEN or AKASH try to solve each chapter at least 2-3 times, trust me this will work, and the most important thing attempt mock tests as much as you can.
Ncert is the Base so make sure you read all chapters from the book don't skip even a single chapter, it is not necessary to read NCERT for physics but make sure you read summaries and point to ponder.
Hope this helps you!!
Thank you.
