preparations for jee and neet exam ,whether we should follow according to reduced syllabus or read complete syllabus

You should follow the entire syllabus since there are no official notification available which says that the reduced syllabus will be considered for NEET or JEE. Now if you follow the reduced syllabus then you will miss the questions which will come from other parts of the syllabus which isn't helpful.
