Preparing for NET, please suggest which subject to choose mgmt or HR. DoB 09-1989, woman, UR category, MBA HR wil b completed in 2021. 1st preference is to get into PSUs bt afraid due to age. Except NET wt all govt exam I can take. Thanks

If you are completing an MBA in HR then Personnel Officer in a bank will be a good option for you.The Personnel officer manages human resource activities.For getting into PSUs you will have to crack exams like IBPS SO or various other exams conducted by public sector banks.

Dear @aditiamrendra thanks a lot for reply. But by chance you seem to miss age criteria, I am going to be 31 on sept'20 and belongs to unreserved category. Kindly please guide me now again thanks.

Dear i am sorry to say but as per the eligibility criteria you must not be more than 30 if you want to appear for this ibps or any other bank PSUs or PSBs exam.Most of then have the same eligibility criteria.In my option you should enroll in good internships before completing the degree.if you would maintain a good CV then you can get a good jobs in private companies as HR.

As far as UGC NET is concerned there is no age limit for applying for NET exam if you are applying for assistant professor only. For JRF, the candidate can maximum be 30 years

Small addition.. JRF has 5 years of relaxation for woman candidates.
