First go through the syllabus and number of subjects. In Computer Science and technology  there are approx 15 technical subjects do check for any changes in the syllabus

Here are the important chapters to focus more based on previous years occurance --- Algorithms, Data Structures, C++, Databases, Automata(TOC), Operating Systems, Computer Networks, Software Engg, Digital Electronics, Computer Organization and Graph Theory.

Less occurance chapters as per previous year ----- Artificial Intelligent, Computer Graphics, C, Soft computing, Compiler, Current trends and Technologies. Less weightage means number of hours should be less because there are only selected topics in these subjects which we have to cover.

Please go through previous years papers. Try to solve at least 10 previous papers. If you do this, 50% preparation is already done. For remaining 50%, study the selected topics only as per the on going trends of last year.
