With these marks, you obviously know it is impossible to get into any government colleges for BAMS.
As for private colleges, you have very slim chances even there because the cut-off is said to be around 280-300 marks (general category) for good and reputed private colleges with low fees.
However, do not lose hope, you can get admission through donations or management quota if the seats are left out.
