Abhilashi University, Mandi is a private university in HP which offers Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery which is Five and a Half years including Compulsory Rotatory Internship of one year full-time course offered by Abhilashi University, Mandi. Admission is on the basis of merit of entrance examination conducted by it with eligibility criteria of 10+2 with minimum 60% aggregate marks in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology for general candidates and 55% for SC/ST candidates.

The government college offering BAMS in HP is Rajiv Gandhi Government Post Graduate Ayurvedic College, Kangra, offered by Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla and approved by Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM) and eligibility criteria is same as that of aforementioned.
