Private candidates are eligible for neet 2019 on the basis of NTA..??

As per the extant guidelines private students and also students of open board such as NIOS are eligible to take NEET , but as NEET 2019 will be conducted by NTA( National Testing Agency ) as what is in the news , nothing can be assumed at this moment .
