As per your question, if you want to take admission in maharashtra in private medical colleges,they have much higher fees of MBBS compared to govt colleges and AIIMS. You will have to loose your pocket if you want to study in private medical colleges but they will provide you that facility and environment according to MBBS . These all are the top private medical college in India which have proper education as well as good placement. If you don't want to pay this much of fees in India then you can look for abroad colleges like Canada or georgia where they had less fees compared to this.
