Private jobs or Government Jobs
A government job or a private job is a very common question among students. I understand the tug-of-war going on in your mind regarding these two sectors. So lets not put too much stress on mind and make it little sorted by looking into some major points about Private and Government sectors.
Every government job vacancy will have a written test that will determine your job qualification and call you for an interview. However, when it comes to the private sector, you have to visit their offices to take part in the interview, which includes a series of interview-rounds to get your hands on.
In private sector the job security is zero whereas in Government sector jobs are 100% secure, provided you haven't given any kind of false or fake documents in order to obtain the job.
The biggest reason students dream about private jobs is that they pay a lot more money in return for the benefits they can get in the long run. The public sector can pay lower salaries than the private sector, but they have better benefits. In the public sector, there are subsidies for the use of government agencies such as pensions, medical facilities, and obtaining loans. On other hand the private sector has a different way of providing benefits, such as outings, refund of your expenses, onsite job offers while traveling abroad, etc. Both sectors have their own allowances and benefits.
I hope provided information will help you in choosing the best according to your convenience.
