The biggest reason students dream about private jobs is that they pay a lot more money in return for the benefits they can get in the long run. The public sector can pay lower salaries than the private sector, but they have better benefits. In the public sector, there are subsidies for the use of government agencies such as pensions, medical facilities, and obtaining loans. On other hand the private sector has a different way of providing benefits, such as outings, refund of your expenses, onsite job offers while traveling abroad, etc. Both sectors have their own allowances and benefits.
