There is nothing like cutoff in JEE Advance , even if you pass minimun aggregrate there may be chances that you're not allowed to sit for counselling because each subject has minimum aggregate that you had to qualify.
After that Rank list is prepared , students qualified for that rank list are allowed to sit for JOSSA for admission in 10500 seats for IIT.

However this year total of 800 seats are added for girls specially ,for increasing ,boy:girl ratio in IITs so chances for female to get seat into preferred zone is high in each category . So if minimum aggregrate would be around 130 , girls had to qualify that aggregrate but getting seats in relatively easy.
