I will let you know what my 12th school made me do regarding this. They made me change the names in aadhar card and other documents. It is easy. But changing the name on 10th and 12th certificates is not that easy. The change in your name takes not more than 15 days for aadhar card.

Need not to worry,you just need to create an affidavit,from court which will state that xz and xyz both are the same person.This affidavit you can attach in any place wherr problem will occur due to middle name.This affidavit will cost you around 100 rupees.
