procedure for free exit on allotment of seat in 1st round of Deemed Univ. counselling, to remain eligible in 2nd round & security refund.

Hello Sandeep

If you don't wish to join the college allotted in the first round, you can exit. Free exit for Ist Round means if a candidate allotted a seat in Ist Round and even if a candidate does not report/join the allotted college he would not be penalized and eligible for subsequent rounds.
