Hope you have done well in the NEET 2019 exam. According to your rank you can get admission in the medical colleges either through All India. Quota or State quota. The admission for AIQ is done by the Medical council of India and the latter by the state government. Once the ranklist is out you can participate in the allotment process. If your name is in the state merit list you will be eligible for counseling.

Since your native place is ranchi ,I believe you will have the domicile of jharkhand.

Hence to get a college there you need to apply for 85% state level quota counseling.This is conducted by state authorities itself jcece(jharkhand combined entrance  competitive examination).so go to there official website and apply for counseling.
