process of Phd admission in government college
Hello,
PhD Admission is usually done through entrance exam conducted by the university, however if you're qualified NET(for which the basic eligibility is passed Master's Degree in relevant discipline from a recognized university with 55% aggregate, in case of reserved category there's relaxation of 5%), in many a cases there's a requirement to submit research proposal which is further analysed by the department and accordingly a supervisor is assigned to the selected candidates. However, in some cases for instance, University of Hyderabad also allows NET qualified to appear for their entrance exam, and in whichever they get high marks are considered accordingly, You can visit the official website of the university for which you want to know the detailed information, or else write down in the comment box below so that we can help you regarding this.
