PSU predictor shows high chances for NPCIL for CE but NPCIL didn't declare any recruitment how could carrier 360 score predictor predicted?

You are wrong. NPCIL has declared the recruitment for candidates via GATE 2017 and 2018. The application dates for this are not yet in. They will be available after declaration of the GATE result on March 17. Check here for the ad (it is both in Hindi and then in English). However the PSU predictor uses the past trends to predict the chances.
