Hi there.
To get a seat from CAP round admission , the MHCET exam is must . If you missed that exam them you will have to apply in colleges which are private and have different exams or different counseling process.
Colleges like Mit wpu , DY patil etc . Can give you seats that way.
Other than that management is the only option.
