As of now its tough to say which college you can get because the cutoff changes every year with college and this year the cutoff went high and few seats have increased.but with previous year analysis your rank and category wecan find your possibilities into colleges.as you did not mention your category,considering you as gen category student, with previous year data you have chances to fetch seat in government colleges.but these chances may differ because the cutoff rose up this year.according to last year you can have as of state quota:

government medical college,amritsar,-523 marks previous year cutoff for gen

government medica college,patiala-537 previous year cutoff for gen

guru gobind singh medical college-518 previous year cutoff for gen
