The update regarding phase-2 results is not yet declared officially, so you have to wait for the official update from JNTUK and maybe it will be released shortly. And the problem you were facing is because the university must calculate your IPE marks 25% and eamcet marks 75% to give the rank details. If you are from other boards like CBSE, ICSE etc, your marks regarding 12th are not with the university so it takes some time to calculate your result. And you have to fill a form displayed in the results Portal with required details. Maybe the results will be declared before the counselling process starts.
