Rushuka two papers are conducted separately but their scores are added for each subject and even the total score is considered for evaluation or making a merit list.
So, to qualify in each subject in JEE Advanced exam you need to have minimum marks in each subject by adding up marks of both the papers. For example, if minimum marks in Physics is 20 then you need to get atleast 20 marks in Physics with your total marks in Paper 1 Physics section and Paper 2 Physics section. For the merit list where you get the rank your total marks of both the papers is considered.
Feel free to ask if you have any more queries. All the best!!
You have to get a total score combined of the three subjects i.e.PCM to qualify for JEE Advanced. But to qualify the JEE Advanced, only the score of JEE Advanced is taken into consideration and both the papers of the JEE Advanced are added up.
Hope this helps. All the best.
