Can you please specify which question paper are you talking about.
There are entrance exams like NEET where if you opt for english then paper would be in english only while if you opt for Hindi then paper would be Bilingual.
while there are papers which are only in English
So if you could mention the name of exam, then i would be able to help you better.

SorryI am taking about BHU UET 2019 for B.A(Hons.with social sciences)

For BHU UET there would be sets in both HINDI and ENGLISH language and you can choose to write any of the two
