Hello aspirant,
Confidence and extracurricular activities, the more variety the better, are what they are looking for. It is frequently followed by some conventional questions such as "Why AFMC?" "Convince us in four lines that you will not break the bond after 4.5 years," and "Why should we select you." You must answer all of these questions convincingly and confidently. Of course, your AIPMT score accounts for a significant portion of your overall score. But most importantly you need to work on your confidence and speaking skills. Because they have taken paper from you to check your knowledge. What they will check in interview is your speaking skills and confidence.
Thank you
