R adiology is the medical specialty that uses medical imaging to diagnose and treat diseases within the body while Eligibility Criteriais that candidiate  should have completed Science (10+2) preferably with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Maths . While physiotherapy ,is one of the allied health professions that, by using mechanical force and movements (bio-mechanics or kinesiology), manual therapy, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy, hep patients.

Both of these are good professions and it totally depends upon you which onw who want to choose.
