This college was founded in 2010, in Bijnor in Uttar Pradesh. It was organized by the Govt. of UP. This College is associated with APJ Abdul Kalam University, Lucknow.
AICTE authorized college, proposes five programs Civil Engineering, CSE and IT, Mechanical Engineering.
