1. Fresher block which is mostly twin shared with common bathrooms which is almost 70K a year which should be paid at once.
2. New Nri block which has tripple sharing and single occupancy as well. Triple sharing is 72k a year and single is around 92k a year. I was in triple occupancy but we were only two for 3 years..
3. Old hostel or Aryabhatta block it has variety as well like single, double and S block, F block, G block extra. Fees varies from 50k-66k .
