Rank is 13,700 OBC. Can i get CS in any NIT

Hello,
CSE ( computer science engineering) is a stream which is in high demand. The seats for Computer Science Engineering in all the NIT gets filled up very fast. Hence it is most probable that you will not get a seat in any NIT with 13000 rank even though you are in the OBC category, because other people in the OBC category who have ranked better will fill up all the NIT CSE seats before that.
You may however get other streams in some of the NIT. Good luck!
