rank is AIR 41100 and category rank is 2260( SC category ). can i get admission in IP university or suggest me a good law college

your rank can take you to nlu as well . you can check the prevoius year cut off for sc category here https://law.careers360.com/articles/clat-cutoff . however if you want to take admission in ip university then you can go for the main campus of ip or other colleges like vips,etc.
