It is difficult to predict the exact rank as it depends on various factors like  number of candidates appeared, number of seats available, difficulty of exam. Depending on these factors cut may increase or decrease. If we see the previous year cut off then we can guess the approximate rank required and if you are able to score more then the previous year cut off then you might get seat.
