Hello,

The correct option is option 2.The glomerular blood is filtered through filtration slits present in Bowman's capsule.The Bowman's capsule collects the filtrate and it reaches the tubules of nephron. It is from these tubules that the chloride ions are reabsorbed by diffusion.
