Depends on what you want to do in life and why you want M Tech.

Going into M Tech restricts your career and may not be the right choice as

it pushes your employment away for another 2 years. Already you have spent 5 years (3 for Grad, 2/3 for MCA).

it pushes into a research career or teaching. There is no gain in a research career as you can directly pursue PhD with MCA

industry jobs after M Tech are not so easy to find.

However, you can do it if your Bachelors and MCA is from places where your learning was limited and so your job chances are limited

you wish to learn from great teachers and from a great institution

You can pursue M Tech part time also now on weekends. But ensure you do it from recognized players.

Hope you find it helpful

let me know in the comment box if you are having any further doubts

thanks

Good Luck!
