Your board exams have got nothing to do with NEET counselling. Once you score the required aggregate to be able to apear for NEET, their significance ends there. Your NEET score and Category lands you a place in the final merit list and not your board marks. So irrespective of the fact whether you passed in First class or compartment holds no weightage in counselling. Your rank and marks are all that matters in counselling. So if you qualify in NEET and can secure a Medical Seat, you are absolutely fine.
