see right now in india to get a job in any industry you need to take preparation for both soft skills and have knowledge on your academic skill, after completing bba you may do work as a finance analyst, business analyst, customer support manager, marketing executive etc, however first of all you need to think which area of work you want to do, then you need to go through the job updates website and apply for particular positions, do not started to apply for all kind of jobs, let it be a bpo sector, or marketing or financial, because at the end you may not succeed to get any of the positions. also before going for any interview research thoroughly about the company profile, there work culture, different disciplines and support of work they provide. another thing you resume matters a lot, dont write anything like skills or knowledge in your resume that you are not fully aware of, cause  interviewer will ask you questions based on your cv and your skills mentioned in the cv.
